Your PowerPoint project will consist of the following ten "subtopics": 1. Title card 2. Results of The Career Game 3. History of Chosen Career 4. Nature of Work: What Do You Do All Day? 5. Skills: General/Specific 6. Working Conditions 7. Training/Education 8. Earnings 9. Employment Outlook 10. Related Occupations You will go online and complete the Care Zone profile to see which occupations most suit your personality. You need to include those results in your PowerPoint presentation, along with some careers suggested for your highest scoring areas. You do not necessarily need to choose one of these careers for you actual project!! This is more or less designed to give you some insight into where you talents best could be applied. You are to use a variety of sources, both books and Internet, and you should have between five and seven sources. Note cards will be graded the week beginning October 4th. Bibliographies are due October 10th and 13th. They must follow the format on my web page. I will grade your note cards the week of Sept. 26th. Considering this is a semester-long project, the information presented should reflect this. You should have a minimum of 50-60 note cards. Some sections will have more information than others, but you need to be specific in your information. Next quarter, you will receive the PowerPoint information.
